Lilypond Kids only posts to Australian addresses, international post is not presently available. 

Delivery Times:

Lilypond Kids uses a range of carriers in order to offer the best shipping prices. Delivery can take anywhere between 1-10 days for most items. Some products ship directly from our supplier warehouses overseas which will take additional delivery time. These are indicated on our website by an aeroplane symbol 

Shipping Prices:

Flat Rate $9.00 Australia-wide (excludes remote postcodes - see below)

Free postage on orders over $100. (excludes remote postcodes - see below)

Incorrectly Addressed Items

Items returned to us when a customer provide an incorrect or incomplete postal address will incur an additional courier returned postage fee.

Remote Shipping Postcodes

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to under our normal shipping rates. Please refer to the list below for more details.

PO Boxes:

We do not ship to PO Boxes. A physical address must be provided.

Authority To Leave Package

Ife there is nobody at home at time of delivery the courier will either leave your package in a safe place or leave a card to inform you where you can pick it up.

Returns & Refunds:

Lilypond Kids strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy with product quality please contact us and we will provide a replacement or an alternative item or refund upon receipt of returned product. Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been worn, used or damaged. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges associated with returns for change of mind, incorrect size etc.

If an item is faulty we will replace the item or refund the item’s value.

Any refunds given will be for the item’s value plus shipping.

Refunds normally take 3-5 business day to clear.

To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel and we will give you instructions for return.
