Lilypond Kids Terms and Conditions 

By using this website, you acknowledge that you have readunderstood and agree with Lilypond Kids Terms and Conditions. 


All prices are listed in Australian Dollars Lilypond Kids reserves the right to change the pricing of any item without notice. Goods ordered and paid for will remain at the advertised price at the time of order.   

Product Availability 

Product availability is updated on a regular basis, however items do sell out between these updates. Customers placing an order containing an out of stock item will be notified and offered the option to wait for that item to be restocked and sent a later date or a refund for that item. The balance of the order will be shipped as normal.


Out of stock items may be available on backorder..... if you would like to purchase an out of stock item, please email us at: sales@lilypondkids.com.au

Gift vouchers 

Gift e-vouchers and are valid for six months from the date of purchase. 


We accept payments via direct deposit, credit cardPayPal and AfterPay All payments must be cleared before items will be posted. 

Payment by direct bank deposit.....our bank account details will be emailed to you with your order confirmation. 

Please note that direct deposit payments may take up to 5 working days to clear. Direct deposit orders will be dispatched when these funds have cleared. Please double check the account details before processing your deposit. Incorrect details will result failed funds transfer and a delay to your order. 

Returns & Refunds

Lilypond Kids strives to provide you with products that are of a high quality but if for some reason you are unhappy with product quality please contact us and we will provide a replacement or an alternative item or refund upon receipt of returned product. Refunds will not be given for change of mind, so choose your items carefully. Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been worn, used or damaged. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges associated with returns for change of mind, incorrect size etc.


If an item is faulty we will replace the item or refund the item’s value.

Any refunds given will be for the item’s value plus shipping.

Refunds normally take 3-5 business day to clear.

To organize an exchange or refund you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your parcel and we will give you instructions for return.

Loyalty Rewards Program

Lilypond Kids operates a loyalty rewards program for the benefit of its customers. This is our way of showing our appreciation to them. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

*Loyalty rewards program is not open to management of Lilypond Kids, family members past or present of Lilypond Kids management, employees or associates past or present of Lilypond Kids management.

General Terms and Conditions 

Lilypond Kids reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Lilypond Kids reserves the right to Cancel any order in which case we will notify you by email or your contact number provided and refund all money paid using the same method in which it was received. 

All orders are subject to stock availability. 

Lilypond Kids endeavors to ensure all products are fit for purpose and safe to use, however it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products purchased match these criteria. 

Lilypond Kids assumes no liability for incidental loss or damage due to inaccuracy caused by information given.
